Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns (Physical Products)

You may request a return within 21 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

Please note that since some of our products are made to order through a print-on-demand service, returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size or colour).

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.

4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable or digital content are final and non-refundable.
If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we’ll ensure you receive your files properly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll replace or refund the affected item at no additional cost to you.
